Ce dernier affirme à Bob Orton qu'il battra son fils aux Survivor Series. The Miz intervient en disant qu'il pourrait très bien encaisser son Money in the Bank ce soir, mais John Cena intervient via l'écran géant et affirme qu'il le challenge pour un match ce soir pour l'empecher d'encaisser le Money in the Bank. Miz accepte.

John Cena arrive pour son match. Miz débarque avec Alex Riley et affirme qu'étant donné que le match n'a pas été officialisé par le General Manager, il a choisi d'être remplacé par Alex Riley.
John Cena défait Alex Riley, Randy Orton intervient après le match pour attaquer Miz. Il est ensuite attaqué par John Cena mais les deux hommes sont séparés.
